The teenage years bring increased academic pressures, social struggles, and emotional ups and downs. For neurodiverse teens, these challenges can be even more intense. Nicole understands how ADHD or Autism impacts different aspects of your child’s life, and we’re here to help. She works to equip teens with the tools they need to thrive, while offering parents the guidance to better navigate this unique journey.

Living with ADHD or Autism can often feel like trying to fit into a mold that wasn’t designed for you. If you are feeling overwhelmed or stuck, Nicole is here to help. She provides a space for you to show up as your authentic self. You will learn to break down challenges so that you can develop personalized strategies to manage your day to day, while creating movement towards your goals. It is time to work with your brain, instead of against it. You do not have to figure this out on your own, support is here when you’re ready.

Executive Functioning Coaching

Planning, Organizing, Prioritization, Initiate and Execute Tasks, Managing Time, Working Memory. These are some of the important skills under the executive functioning umbrella. On a day to day basis, everyone’s executive functioning can vary but those with ADHD or other neurodiversities can have more consistent challenges with executive functioning. Nicole offers individualized executive functioning coaching that includes assessment. 

This service can be exceptionally important to those in high school or college age.

Therapy Modalities

Nicole prides herself on neuro-affirming and evidence-based. Below are the modalities that may be used in services:

Behavior analysis strategies to help with behavior change. 
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to work through internal challenges or beliefs that may be holding you back.
Motivational Interviewing to help navigate conversations towards a solution. 
 

 

Pricing

– Nicole’s hourly rate is $150 and she offers a sliding scale. 

– She does not currently take insurance.  

– She offers Telehealth services or in-person if you are in the Austin, TX area. 

 

About Nicole

Nicole is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience working with neurodiverse individuals. 

Throughout her time as a clinician, Nicole’s goal has been to create spaces where her clients can be comfortable and confident in who they are. She is there to support and guide them towards understanding more about themselves, accomplishing their goals, and creating the future that they want. She blends action and working through internally challenges in her approach so you can feel and see the change in your life.  Nicole has ADHD herself and after years of applying these modalities with herself and clients, she decided it was time to create a therapy model specifically designed for neurodiversity.
